Do I need to bring anything for Kimono on that day?
A: Kimono, undergarment, Kimono shoes, dressing and others are all included in the course, so please come with your empty hand.
Can I have of preview of Kimono at store?
A: Yes, a preview of Kimono at store is available for free. Please make a reservation also for the preview.
Do I need to pay if I haven’t find the Kimono I like at the preview?
A: No payments are required at the preview if our Kimono cannot satisfy your needs. Please feel free to reserve a preview.
How long is the time in total?
A: Rental Kimono + hair setting takes about 1.5–2 hours, or only rental Kimono takes about 1 hour.
*Standard time of each steps are: 30min. for selecting Kimono, 30 min. for Kimono dressing, and 30 min. for hair setting.
*The time of selecting Kimono depends on person.
What kind of sizes of Kimono do you have?
A: Our ladies' and men's Kimonos are for up to 180cm height.
If your height is higher than that, please contact us beforehand.
Is payment cash only?
A: Both cash and credit card are available.
What time do we need to return the Kimono?
A: Returning kimono on that day before 17:30 or the next day before 13:00 is acceptable.
How much is the cleaning fee?
A: Cleaning fee for common dirtiness is included in the rental fee.
I'm not sure which plan to choose before seeing the products.
A: Rental course can be changed on the day you arrive.
Please tell the staffs that you've not decided yet, then they can help you choose kimono for you.
Can I reserve on the day I go to MISAYAMA?
A: If you would like to make a reservation for today or tomorrow, please reserve by phone.
In the case of online reservation, please make a reservation at least two days ahead of time.
Can I check my suitcase at MISAYAMA counter?
A: Yes, we can help keep your belongings excepts valuables.
Can I reserve Kimono?
A: You can reserve the Kimono you like at the preview time. Kimono reservation by phone or online is not available.
Can I only rent obi belt?
A: Sure, you can rent obi belt of MISAYAMA to coordinate with your own Kimono.
Can I only have dressing service?
A: Yes, you can bring your own Kimono and our Kimono veteran can help you dressing.
The prices are: Komon 5,000JPY(tax incl.), Tsukesage/Homongi 8,000JPY(tax incl.).
Dressing other kinds of Kimono is also available so please contact us for the details.
Can I keep the Kimono socks?
A: Kimono socks are a part of the rental course, please kindly return them.
